This is the much sought after work to get piglit-* to work with both python 2 and python 3. This uses six to fix up inputs to be conditionally unicoded (only for python 2) and to make iterating items efficient. There is also a bunch of stye cleanups here, but it shouldn't affect any explicit behaviors of piglit.
