your config says that you have postfix on yourip:25/tcp,
and it forwards emails to piler (127.0.0.1:25/tcp).
However you shouldn't use piler as a smarthost, because
it is not such a host. It doesn't relay anything. It just
receives and archives the emails it gets.
The recommended approach is to let piler run on 0.0.0.0:25
and use an smtp server on another host as a smarthost (=relay).
You may decide to put a postfix instance on 127.0.0.1:10026
(or similar) that piler can use.
If you absolutely need postfix in front of piler to protect
it or for any reason then I also recommend to put a postfix
instance on 127.0.0.1:10026 and let piler use it as a mail
relay.
I assume admin@yourdomain is a valid address, and it should
be accepted by postfix.
