This article can help you export/decrypt your Mailarchiva volumes so
that you can import the EML files into piler:

If your emails are still accessible from the mail server, then perhaps
it's easier
to retrieve them from there than hacking mailarchiva and ask for the
emails.
Anyway good luck getting them back. If you succeed you may write a
migration howto
from mailarchiva to piler.
