Hi I've been given a piler system to look after. I've noticed that the most recent emails in search are months old, and new emails do not appear. On the health page, the processed emails (24 hours/1 week/30 days) are incrementing, so the mails are definitely being relayed to the server. Being completely new to piler, I've read through the documentation and checked cron jobs etc but cannot find anything obviously wrong. If I check /var/log/mail.log, I see many lines like the following:
Nov 11 11:11:41 piler piler[1785]: 400000005280ad6719bfd9ac0017d1bf1251: from=, size=-4, reference=, message-id=400000005280ad6719bfd9ac0017d1bf1251, delay=0.04, delays=0.03/0.01/0.00/0.00/0.00/0.00 Please could someone point me in the right direction of where to start troubleshooting? Thanks!
