What is stored in MySQL ?

Hi Guys,

I'm new to Piler and it looks it fits my needs!

I wonder what is stored where. I see that mails are stored file based
in /var, but what is stored in MySQL ?

Will MySQL be heavy loaded or can it be on an existing SQL cluster ?
