I had problems with pilot-link-0.9.3 and kernel 2.3.40. I've just upgraded to 2.3.41, and I'm still having problems. The programs run, and do a few things correctly (for example, uploading prc and pdb files always seems to work, and install-memo works), but backup and sync have never worked. On my most recent attempt at a "pilot-xfer -b .", the program froze at AddressDB.pdb, and after a minute, the connection was closed with the message, "Failed, unable to backup database". There seems to be some dispute over whether this is a problem with pilot-link or a problem with the USB code. -- Dan
