Further Questions:

Now when I click on th "ON" button in ptelnet I get the "Signing On" screen. 
After about 30 seconds I get the error: "Could not open NetLib Error code:
4639.  That error code is: netErrUserCancel.  Any thing else I may have
overlooked?
