comparing 2 saved .prc or .pdb files

Is there a perl script or program which will diff 2 .prc or 2 .pdb files?
I corrupted my database by synching with both pilot-link and
the Windows desktop, so I want to compare and find out what I've
lost from a backup of my pilot-link files.  Thanks.
