Minstrel:So how do I turn it back on now?

So I figured out how to turn off the Minstrel S, the only remaining
question(Which the Expedite   PDF does not get into) is how to turn it
back on programmatically through PalmOS. I tried sending ATZ and ATMD0 and
I just keep getting "Error: Serial:0x308" in response.
