I am trying to get PilotManager (version 1.107) working under my Red Hat
7.0 system.
I have the following installed:
pilot-link 0.9.5-pre5 (I've tested pilot-link and have it working with
jpilot)
perl v5.6.0
Tk800.02

After I run PilotManager I get the following error message:

Locating Perl 5...
Perl 5 found [at /usr/bin/perl]
Please wait...
Configuring PilotManager...
You do not have the correct binary of the Tk module
installed in either your PilotManager distribution or your
  perl installation.

Please read README.porting for information about how to
      download and install this module.

      Error details:
-----------------------------------------------------
Tk object version 800.022 does not match bootstrap parameter 800.014 at
/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/i386-linux/DynaLoader.pm line 219.
Compilation failed in require at (eval 5) line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at (eval 5) line 1.
------------------------------------------------------

I looked at the DynaLoader.pm file and found the following msg

  # Many dynamic extension loading problems will appear to come from
  # this section of code: XYZ failed at line 123 of DynaLoader.pm.
  # Often these errors are actually occurring in the initialisation
  # C code of the extension XS file. Perl reports the error as being
  # in this perl code simply because this was the last perl code
  # it executed.

Is this a problem with my perl installation or PilotManager? How do I
determine which?

Under the directions in README.porting the directions under pilot-link
states you must configure and install pilot-link. I know pilot-link is
working, but I can't determine if PDA::Pilot is installed correctly.
Where do I find the directories shown in the example?

      % cd pilot-link.0.8.9
      % configure
      % make install
      % cd Perl5
      % perl Makefile.PL
      % make install

Any help would be appreciated. I posted this message on the
PilotManager mailing list, but it doesn't appear to be very active right
now.

Thanks,

Tom
