pilot-link is both GPL and LGPL (and luckily, I just fixed that
problem in the sourcebase, from some lingering cruft from back in October of
2000). The libpisock stuff is all LGPL, and the tools at the top-level are
all or mostly GPL.
If you're dancing with libpisock, you can stay with LGPL, you don't
have to make XNotesPlus GPL (keep in mind, I haven't seen your code yet)
