Issue 78: include note about mail-notification's queueing behavior in

New issue report by sampowers:
I had expected mail notification to be sent immediately when doing my first
test of the pinax complete_project, but after looking around docs and code
for a while, I realized that the behavior was to queue, and there should be
a cron job set up to send messages.
I think that there ought to be an obvious note about it in the "get running
immediately" section of the docs, similar (but maybe not exactly like) the
attached patch.
