New issue 153 by sebatustra: Changed OpenID providers, can't login anymore

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In cloud27:
1. (clear cookies) sign up for new account with openid
2. nuclear bomb your identity provider
3. be cut off from cloud27 forever, your favorite username taken

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should offer a way to confirm via email o recover pass via email, or if
account is taken, ask if you're them and confirm via email (you may have
more than one openid provider).


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cloud27, iceweasel on debian.
