New issue 156 by [email protected]: HTML typos in tribes.html
and project.html (</a> != </span>)

The same typo appears in two different template files,
tribes/tribes.html and projects/project.html. </a> is
incorrectly used to close out a span. Under IE, the
span area continues beyond the toggle area which results
in the expandable content closing as soon as you click
on a field to enter a new value. I'm not sure why the
same thing doesn't happen with Firefox or Konqueror.
Here is a patch (based on a perforce diff in my own
project.
