This may be tricky with the current implementation. Recipients of a message
don't
know who else has received the message.
A few days ago I have create a branch for refactoring the models and this
will also
make a reply-all feature possible.
If no one provides a patch it may take some time, but I'm +1 for this
feature and
will work on it.
