Comment #3 on issue 160 by brosner: pinax_clone_project should only modify
PINAX_ROOT in the a local_settings.py

I have fixed this in
http://code.pinaxproject.com/codebases/codebase/pinax/changesets/1614/ and
it will no
longer modify it in the default case. Since Pinax is now a proper Python
package we can determine the
PINAX_ROOT based on pinax.__file__.
