New issue 208 by adamsc: pinax virtualenv should include a pydoc

Not sure if this is a pinax issue or virtualenv: on an OS X 10.5 system
/usr/bin/pydoc uses
#!/usr/bin/python so it will miss the virtualenv packages. This can be
fixed by adding pinax-
env/bin/pydoc as:
#!/usr/bin/env python
import pydoc
if __name__ == '__main__':
pydoc.cli()
