AFAICR, this level was in 0.4, I think I beet it once after I turned
on unlimited actions. I can't beet it now.
BTW-- is there any difference in aliens1-phil & aliens2-phil
BTW2-- IMO aliens4-phil is interesting, but after you finish it
aliens5-phil through aliens7-phil are just annoying
