While I have never worked with color paper, my experience with other RC
papers and ink jet papers has been that just because there is a logo, they
do not necessarily show up on a contact print. It varies from paper to
paper.
The main problem beyond
filtration is that Fuji prints their logo on the back of the paper - this
will definitely show up when you contact print them to a positive image.
I've asked around to see if there is any other RA-4 type paper that does
not have logos printed on the back - no one can think of any (bummer).
