I take pinholes because of the freedom it offers from tightly organized images. I usually set the camera low, point it in the general direction and amquitehappy with the surprise result. I always have some idea of what will be in the picture, and the size relationships, but would see no reason for worrying about theimage on a ground glass. If doing this, I might as well use my 7x17 lens camera.
As for BAking soda in dektol, don't do it. The use of baking soda will increase the activity of the developer and thus create mor cpontrast, not less. Jim
