I'm agree, even if digital files could be printed on color (argentic or chemical) paper, but the optimum resolution is about 300 dpi, which provides a good quality print until 8X10 inches. A 8X10 inches print will weight something like 25 Mo!!!

good idea, but the photos will look pretty bad when printed unless they're
scanned/uploaded/downloaded/printed at really high resolution (which means
big file sizes).  personally, i'd rather see silver prints in a gallery than
printouts but maybe i'm just being a baby.  :)

 Instead of one set of travelling photos for the exhibition, why not upload
 the photos then download and print them wherever anyone wants to mount an
 exhibition?  Combine old school with new school.  I think that format is an
 artisitc expression in itself.  Has there ever been a simultaneous
 multi-venue photo exhibition?  This could be the first and to do it with
 pinhole photographs would be the ultimate in irony.
