I use the Polaroid 545 back with the Kodak Ready Loads all the time with great success. They are very easy to use. I don't know what range of films is available in the Ready Load format, but I use the T-Max 100 version. They come in boxes of ten with two sheets in each. You expose one side, remove it and then turn it over to use the other side--much like a traditional film holder. I was surprised to see someone here say that people say they have trouble with them. The only difficult thing is that removing them from the holder is sometimes difficult, but I find the Polaroid films difficult to remove too (removing them without putting them through the built-in processing rollers). In fact, I have ruined more Polaroid film doing this than I have the Ready Loads. I recommend them if you can afford the extra expense. The per-sheet cost of the film will be higher than if you loaded sheet film into ordinary holders.
