Hello again,
I could not quite quit tonight,i turned the lensboard on its side,added a 
real hot ,hot light and tried it again :)
I think the aperture is around F 360(still working on it :))

bad scan,btw   note to self...wet polaroids stick to the glass on the scanner 
bed. LOL
