Hi,

I've been looking into some things with pitivi, and I noticed
something that bothers me a little - the time display on the ruler is
in a HH:MM:SS:MMM format, but even at maximum zoom on my system,
there's never enough space to show any more detailed numbers than
tenths of a second. Does anyone have an opinion on changing the
format to only show tenths of a second instead of ms?

On my system, the display goes from:

HH:MM:SS.000 HH:MM:SS.200 HH:MM:SS:400 (etc.)

to:

HH:MM:SS.0 HH:MM:SS.2 HH:MM:SS.4 (etc.)

I've attached a patch to make this change. I think it makes the ruler
display a little bit clearer, but for all I know, there could well be
a reason to show ms.
