Hi there, When exporting to a .avi file, set the container to an "Avi Muxer". The audio codec should be fine with TwoLame mp2 encoder for online quality the video codec can be FFmpeg MPEG-4. When the quality is to low you can crank up its bitrate to something like 3000k - 5000k. The other settings should be fine (I think).
