1. I don't have a mouse(wheel), at least not at my notebook.
2. I know that ctrl+plus and ctrl+minus works, but only plus and minus
is faster. It was one of the improvements I liked most in the last
Gimp version.

I think this bug is about the timeline and I was talking about the
preview. But that wouldn't make any sense to me.

I've cutted a 1 1/2h live concert video into peaces and would like to
have it as single videos.
