I was interested to know if Pitivi has smart encoding support. This should
greatly improve the performance for basic trimming support. Gstreamer
Editing services does have a option for smart
encoding<http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/gstreamer-editing-services/html/GESTimelinePipeline.html#GESPipelineFlags>,
is this being used?
