<HTML>Where exactly is the lump? Is it clearly under your arm or close to your breast? It's common to feel "lumps" in (and around) the breasts during the last part of pregnancy because of the milk ducts kicking into action.
Other than that, I don't know what to say. Have you asked your doctor?
