Hello Osubuck: I have not taken it vaginally but always took mine right before bed if possible. It cut down the noticable bad effects of the pill. If you have to take more than one dose, then of course you couldn't just take it at night. Good luck p.s. I used parlodel and clomid and have 2 beautiful healthy kids! (boy 5 and girl 3) ![]() |
