I saw my Endo a month ago and had a bunch of blood work done, and he put me back on my meds (Armour Thyroid and Parlodel)... yay! I saw him again yesterday and got a copy of the test results.
TSH 4.5 (0.3 - 5.3)
Free T4 1.1 (0.8 - 2.7)
T4 7.6 (4.4 - 12.5)
Anti Thyroid peroxidase Ab - negative
anti thyroglobulin antibody - negative
prolactin 109.4 (3 - 26)
LH < 0.5 (1.8 - 13.4)
FSH 1.9 (3 - 12)
Testosterone 111 (10 - 40)
Estradiol 36 (< 8 - 375)
The dr also did a fasting glucose yesterday, along with anything else that needs to be a fasting test (I asked him to, I *hate* fasting tests), and his office will mail me the results when they get them.
Next time I see the dr, I'm going to ask for a full work-up (depending on what bloodwork he ordered yesterday), so we can find out if the tumor is producing more then just the Prolactin.
I also have an MRI scheduled for Friday (the last one was a few years ago, I just recently got health insurance again), and will go back to the Endo after the MRI results are in.
