Thanks for the links. Unfortunately I still can't find anything on the consequences of a below prolactin level except on menses which is a mute point since I'm postmenopausal.  They were all interesting and some of the others I found were also.
Especially the role of GH and cytokines (which prolactin seems to function as a cytokine) in narcolepsy.  Theres a lot of info on the role of the endocrine system on the immune system.  Some of it is over my head but, I usually can figure out the gest of the conclusions.
 
Every article is a step towards more information. 
 
Thanks again..  There's a connection between GH and high prolactin.  I had practically no GH when I was first tested that's why I insisted on an IGF-1 being done.  That was 90 (90-360).  But, they dismissed that also because the of the standard line.... it runs lower the older you are.
