Those diagnosed with empty sella syndrome feel it is symptomless?

Lisa, these are the areas I agree with that empty sella syndrome could be caused by: 1. headaches (mine are usually painful behind my eyes, my cheeks, my nose, forehead, top of head, and especially at the point at the base of my skull as though the pain penetrates through that area.) When I have that I find that if I twist my head to the far right if feels like there is some release of pressure for awhile. It affects me so that many times I am so sensitive to light, my eyes hurt, and I just feel like I'm going to get nauseated. I feel so much better when I can get relief from the many, many headaches I'm having! The duration is longer now, the frequency is more and the headaches are getting more difficult to get over with the more potent medication I have been given.
The second to the last headache that medication wouldn't make go away. 2. I also have the swishing or wooshing sound on occasion. Just last night I felt like there was additional pressure in my head then like a small release of pressure as if my ears/head were full then it felt like the pressure was slightly relieved. Then a slight ringing as it just happened again as I was typing this. 3. I also share the fatigue and weakness. Many times it's like all of a sudden every ounce of energy is gone and I am so weak! I find that when I feel that way if I can lie down or sit with my legs up it will help a bit the fatigue and weakness but nothing is instant
to feel renewed. It takes quite awhile for me to feel more energetic. 4. I notice I don't feel well if the temperature is hotter than 78 degrees because I perspire a lot and just feel drained. Then lately I'm starting to notice I think I'm beginning to react to being cold more too if the temperature is much below 78 degrees. 5. I have had field of vision tests and all so far have shown an okay reading though I so often have blurriness in my vision. Some days are worse than others and have great difficulty reading smaller print of 8's to 3's, 5's, etc.
also some letters are harder to read. Some days my vision seems pretty clear, other days really blurred. 6. I too have had a lot of aching in my lower back off and on. Sometimes my legs ache as well. However, I drink a lot of tonic water and that helps me with the pain. I know I have arthritus in my lower back. Sometimes my hands hurt. They swell as well
as does my legs, and feet. 7. My short term memory issues are one of my main concerns because I used to function fine.
But now can not and when I get more stressed I feel so foggy in my thinking, focus, and acting to complete a simple task.
My cognitive abilities are declining when I have been given multiple cognitive tests. I do feel that some of the issues may be the result of my blood pressure going up too, as well as the sugar levels rising or even when they go low. On both ends of higher sugar and lower sugar I realize my mind is foggier, and find my vision more blurred.

My tumor is about 2mm and then I probably have a cystic lesion pressed against my pituitary gland in the sella.

What is the term CSF mean? Sorry that I don't understand.
Please explain.

Hopefully others will join in on this subject and I would like them to join us on the Monday night chats too so that we may learn more.

Thanks Lisa!
