Meri, I saw the neurologist yesterday. There is a small spot where the myelin has thinned out but he literally had to get a magnifying glass to examine it closely. He thinks the Lupron is causing everything. He said for all we know, that spot has been there for years. I do have to have another MRI in 6 months to make sure it isn't progressing. Now I'm frustrated with my OB/GYN because she thinks with a little extra estrogen I'll feel better and that Lupron is still my best option. I politely told her that if it was enough to make me see a neurologist as soon as possible - it apparently isn't the best way to go right now. So no more Lupron, no tumors, and not multiple sclerosis. I'm very relieved! She orignally thought it was MS and that's why she wanted me to see a neuro asap. Just wanted to let you know.
