Reply   Reply to Sender   Recommend Message 2 in Discussion From: MinnieChat Welcome to the group.   I am not a doctor, and tonight - lol -  I'm not quite up to pulling alot of research articles  but I will tell you that the endo needs to stabilize your thyroid in order to do reliable testing to see if your pituitary tumor is secreting or non-secreting  hormones.   However, your doctor should go ahead and take some baseline pituitary hormone tests to see where you are at.
