I started taking iron at the time I first posted this and I am not so tired anymore. I know low iron and fatigue are related so maybe that is it with me. I notice a big difference. I don't know if this will help anyone of not but it has for. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't tired anymore, this was about 3 weeks after starting the iron. Then I figured that was the only thing different I was doing so it must be making some sort of difference!
