Yes, I to have adrenal insufficiency or addisons, or
hypocortisolism, or hypopituitaryism,,,all names for
much the same symptoms but actually diffy problems
from diffy things. Normal treatment for this is
hydrocotisone tabs several times a day, or prednisone
or prednisolone and dexamethasone. Depends, but you
can live a completely normal life with the meds. IF
your have a good doc and a will tor strive and find
out the right dosage etc.

Hang tough this is not that bad of news. But it does
say there is a problem in the HPA axis.
