I can’t speak for other pit tumors but I know for a fact that Jason’s growth hormone producing pit tumor has caused him to develop carpal tunnel syndrome. The soft tissue swelling from his disease has caused his hands to become dead weights at night. I am under the impression that people with Acromegaly often have carpal tunnel and many require surgery. Actually, besides Jason’s facial swelling I think this is one of his biggest complaints. – Chris – Ogy’s Mom
