Yes, ask your endo- it sounds like a hormone problem- they need to track this down and help you. I am totally exhausted as well- they think it is from acromegaly from a tumor- hopefully sugery will help- I've been exhausted for 14 years- I sleep 10 hours a night and 2 hours in the afternoon just to be able to make it through till evening. My concentration really suffers as well. When I wake in the morning it feels like I'm hung over- no strength, feel like a wreck. This aint fun & really does diminish life's enjoyment. If you're not waking up refreshed, then something is definately wrong & perhaps in your case hormone replacement might make a big difference & is well worth the effort to get it diagnosed and treated if possible.

Don't put this off & don't continue to go to an endo who won't take you seriously & do the necessary tests to help you. You can bet that your endo is sleeping fine & therefore should have the compassion to help you as well- if they just shrug- & won't help- find another endo- I went for 14 years thinking my problem was due to asnother condition I have until a new doctor suggested I might have some problems- he was right- in a big way- My pituitary tumor would have never been diagnosed if he hadn't helped me & I would have still thought my weakness and exhaustion was due to my Crohn's disease.
