I agree with Darryl, You need to take a copy of your pathology report and ask your doctor if it does mean that the pathology report does indeed mean that the tumor did indicate that there was GH and Prolactin cells in the tumor. An acidophilic stem cell adenoma is a tumor causing acromegaly.
