He managed to pull off that Cushings diagnosis off on the midnight hour for Sharon!   Dr. Delashaw decided to changed the surgical approach and Sharon was expecting a transsphenoidal approach ended up with an endonasal approach!  The surgeon makes the surgical decisions based on the case presented!   Dr. Delashaw feels he resected the tumor and tonight is cortisol crash night to see what her numbers are.   Sharon sounds great!
