Yes, I am sorry- I didn't mean to leave the impression thqat endonasal was for everyone- just wanted to say that if it can be done endonasally, then I would certainly opt for that in my case- as you say, everyone's case is different & you need to talk with the docs about this- but get an opinion from a skilled endonasal sergeon- one who has several hundred proceedures under their belt at least- sorry for the confusion
