Hello, well its possible you might be on a dose that is too high - meaning maybe you should be starting off slowly, 1 tab a week - for 2 weeks and then adding on as needed. I'm not a doc, but I know I was orginally on Dostinex 2 tabs a week and had to cut back. I was having tingling sensations in my head & tension type headaches. I cut back to 1/2 a pill twice a week and I felt allot better. Now I am on 1/2 pill 3 times a week, I feel okay, but I have days where I am tired & dizzy - all I want to do is sleep. I told my doc and he said everyone has a different side effect to this drug - if you know you were fine before it - more then likely it is the drug causing those problems. I was diagnosed in 11/04, 10mm tummor, my levels were 241 - 8 weeks later on the pill they were 114, 4 weeks later they are now 141, so its a struggle, with this disorder, as well as the meds. Hope you feel better :) |
