Hi Mom

I had a discussion with Dr. Ludlam's assistant about the very same thing. About people who work nights or who like sleeping in day and staying up all night and what she said is everyone's cortizol is suppose to be 0 at midnight even if you work nights. She said that is why people have a harder time staying up all night and sleeping during the day. I had thought that your body would adjust and be backwards. She said it does not. I am not sure how correct the info is but she seems like a bright lady. I would definately research this some so you can get a proper diagnosis. Good luck and take care.
