Not to worry. Everything will be handled by the anesthesiologist. The center where I had my surgery even had anesthesiologist that specialized in neuro cases. Remember to remind them about your prediabetes. They are able to monitor this during your surgery and can give you anything you need through the IV. Yoour sleep apnea is absolutely no problem as there will be an endo tracheal tube in place which will keep your airway open. Maintenance of the airway is Anesthesia 1A so there is nothing to worry about. Good luck.
