Hi everyone, I went to see an endocronologist a couple of weeks ago regarding my prolactin and I just got my results back and my prolactin level is at 93.2. I know that its not too high compared to previous posts that I have read on here but I was not sure what the next step was. When I was tested years ago it was only at 49. So obviously it increases over time. My endo didnt prescribe me any medication. She just told me to schedule an MRI. Is that right? What about medication? Not sure what the next steps are. My second questions is: Since my prolaction level is not that high, should I be having any physical symptoms besides lactation. I was not sure if your prolactin level has to be a certain level in order to start noticing change or other issues. |
