Sometimes it takes time too, for the prolactin levels to normalize. Your doctor may raise your medication slowly to see how your respond to the dostinex.
 
It is good that you are seeing an endocrinologist. I looked up your endo, and he is listed on the top thyroid doc's website .  He has alot of fans!
