Hi, thank you for replying, I was actually taking half of the tablet at the time - I would cut it in half, take one half Sunday, then Weds, then Friday ( I believe that is 1 full pill and a half a week) What he now has me doing is 3 full pills a week ( no more halfs!) so technically he doubled my dose. I think 6 pills would have knocked me out!! LOL. I have been taking the 3 tablets per week, I have not had any side effects besides the usual morning grogginess - which seems to go away once I get my blood running.. I just read allot about people taking less tablets with WAY higher prolactin levels, I wasnt sure why I have such a heavy dose, I did ask and the nurse told me that he wants to lower my levels quicker... Just thought it was odd.. I've been taking DOstinex for a little over 4 months.. |
