I just got back from my new endocrinologist the 3rd one and he said that my heavy sweating was in no way related to my hypopituitarism. I said to him how come so many people who are hypopituitary complain about sweating? He then said that I should go to a psychiatrist to discuss this heavy sweating as it might be related to a anxiety/panic attack. I have read some stuff on the web that correlates hypopituitarism to panic attacks however they also said that usually these panic attacks are done by the age of 30 at the latest and I am now 36. I have never been that social sure of myself and I think that does play a role in it however I don't think that thats the only reason I sweat so much I am wondering how many of you have heavy periods of sweating. This is all very disconcering to me and my parents. I thinks that as it is I already take too many medications and don't really want to start another one especially for a panic attack. Sincerely Kevin
