That site I ran across wasn't a sales pitch for anything- it simply ttalked about what to expect as far as transeptal surgery was concerned- It wasn't comparing one method with another- just talking about that one method. I didn't post my other post to scare anyone- just to point out that endonasal usually has a much quicker and less painful recovery- shorter hospital stay etc.
