Hi Ahi, I know what you're going through. Since being diagnosed with a prolactinoma last October, I've gained about 10 lbs. Even though I had the tumor removed five weeks ago, and I've been really watching what I eat (doing weight watchers), I can't seem to lose weight. I asked my neurosurgeon about it, and he said that prolactinomas can slow down your metabolism and make you gain weight. So maybe you should talk to your doctor about it. |
